FAQs

What is the purpose of Instructional Design Strategists (IDS) in our building?

We are dedicated to supporting a collaborative, creative environment where all ideas are heard and valued, and we learn from one-another.  Instructional Design Strategists are available to help create a support system for teachers, to extend teacher networks and assist with the projects and ideas teachers might simply not have time for.

Who will know about what I discuss with an IDS?

Only the people you tell. Anah and Seth keep a log of contacts for our own records but we will not disclose the details unless you give consent.  It is important to us that teachers understand that IDS conversations with staff are confidential.  We cannot discuss our conversations with you with anyone, including principals, unless a student is in danger.
